Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on the Onlyx Store, and applies to all orders across Pakistan.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and confirmed within 24–48 hours of being placed.
- After you place an order, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order details before it is dispatched to our courier partner.
- Orders placed on Fridays, Sundays, or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days from the date your order is dispatched, depending on your city.
- Major cities (e.g. Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Bahawalpur, Multan, Faisalabad) typically receive orders within this window; remote or smaller towns may take 1–2 additional days.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, public holidays, incorrect address details, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
- We may run promotions offering free shipping on select products or order values, which will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipping
Onlyx primarily ships on a Cash on Delivery basis:
- Payment is collected in cash by our courier's delivery rider at the time of delivery.
- Please have the exact order amount ready, along with the delivery address and phone number you provided at checkout.
- Our rider or courier service may call you before delivery to confirm your availability.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, we will share your tracking details (courier name and tracking number) via SMS, WhatsApp, or a phone call, where available.
- You can also reach out to us directly using the contact details below to check the status of your order at any time.
6. Delivery Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your full address, city, and nearest landmark are entered correctly and completely at checkout.
- Onlyx is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or unreachable address/contact information provided by the customer.
- If a delivery attempt fails because you were unreachable, our courier may attempt redelivery or ask you to arrange a pickup, depending on the courier's policy.
7. Failed or Refused Deliveries
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will typically attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule.
- Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders without valid reason may affect your ability to place future orders with us.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, so we can arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Areas We Currently Deliver To
We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan through our courier partners, subject to courier serviceability in your area. If your area is not serviceable, we will inform you as soon as possible after you place your order, and no payment will be collected.
