Onlyx primarily operates on a Cash on Delivery basis. By placing a COD order, you agree to:

  • Pay the full order amount in cash to our delivery rider/courier at the time of delivery
  • Be reachable at the phone number provided, for order confirmation and delivery coordination
  • Receive the order within the address provided at checkout

Repeated refusal to accept confirmed COD orders without valid reason may result in future orders from your account or number being declined.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days, depending on your city and courier service availability.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to weather, courier disruptions, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Please ensure your address, phone number, and nearest landmark are accurate at checkout to avoid delivery delays.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
